The Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau 2017 will bring together 9 chefs from 9 different countries, for a 14-star gastronomic week at Constance Belle Mare Plage.
Constance Belle Mare Plage will be hosting the 12th annual Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau 2017. The week-long event will run from the 25th March to 2nd of April 2017. The Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau is a collaboration between Constance Belle Mare Plage and the Relais Bernard Loiseau.
The culinary competition involves the pairing of one starred chefs with Island chefs from each Constance Hotels and Resorts property. The pairs team up and compete against each other to produce various original dishes. The event is composed of multiple specific competitions (cocktail, art of the table, sommeliers, etc), including the prestigious Pierre Hermé – Valrhona trophy (the only Pierre Hermé trophy in the world!) presented by Mr. Hermé in person, the 2016 Best Pastry Chef of the World. The judging panel includes international stars of the world of gastronomy and is chaired by Dominique Loiseau.
Guests are welcome to live the different stages of this event, unique by its friendliness and excellence. The hotels take advantage of the presence of the great professionals of the culinary world to offer exclusive cooking classes taught by personalities such as Mercotte or Patrick Bertron. During this week the restaurants will also offer sumptuous gourmet dinners prepared by the world’s top chefs every night.
